Our Energywork programme offers individual sessions, classes, workshops and teacher training.
Qigong (Chi Kung) – these exercises develop strength and well-being. Standing meditation is the foundation of the practice, and this develops the understanding of internal movement exercises.
Taiji (Tai Chi) – is based on the concept of thirteen postures, which are directions of energy. These postures develop health and martial ability, through the practice of form and push hands application.
Internal Boxing (Tai Chi and Bagua) – a unique system which allows the individual to be creative in developing their boxing skills, training the essence of the internal arts to manifest power and intention.
