We offer training through workshops, intensive weekends and on-line courses, for people who wish to study any of the following programs.

WUJI QIGONG – Zhang Zhuang exercises – Loosening exercises – Nei gong exercises.

WUJI BOXING – Xingyi, Tai Chi and Bagua exercises to develop internal body mechanics – Push hands exercises – Boxing Applications.
