Our Bodywork programme offers treatments and individual sessions in Kunye therapy and Kum Nye Yoga, we also offer workshops to train practitioners, teachers and therapists.

Kum-Nye Yoga – offers a  dynamic set of exercises from the ancient Tibetan Bon tradition. It’s practice develops strength, improves flexibility, relieves tension and increases energy levels.

Kunye therapy – this massage treatment releases tension and brings a sense of relaxation and well-being, through the manipulation of fascia and by opening the body’s energy channels; helping clients deal with chronic conditions and providing a reduction in ongoing aches and pain relief.
